Henri Cartier-Bresson

Chanced upon this book in the library because his lines caught my attention. I like this kind of free, loose, line marking style of drawing; it is something which I could strive to emulate more naturally and actually, it was kind of re-assuring to know that there’s nothing wrong with drawing these way and not able to draw neatly with strong, bold and clean strokes.

Btw, Henri Cartier-Bresson is actually a well-known French photographer- known for his conceived notion of ‘the decisive moment’- and it is worth checking out his works!
